Spirituality is one of the cofactors in creating a healthy LIFE.
Spiritualituality is NOT synonymous with religion.
Being spiritual is connecting to something greater than ourselves. Spirituality can be found by taking yourself to a place physically and mentally where you find peace of mind and a sense of enhanced well being. And that can be done alone or in a group.
Since we are by definition a support group, we list the group activities related to spirituality. The ones we list have to be both Gay friendly and HIV+ friendly. These are the spiritual groups I know that fulfill both those requirements:

We have members of our support group that go to all of these gatherings. So go to any one of them and meet up. Create your own group that meets and make it a regular event. This is how you make friends and build a support team of your own.
Hi. Was wondering if anyone is familiar with this guy I saw on CNN today.
