Increasing and Enhancing Communication Skills

Rarely do we think of some of the elements necessary for effective communication: timing, culture, vocabulary, vernacular, etc. It’s in managing these factors that we can either gain or lose an audience. Put yourself to the test and see how well you can communicate.

Are you a better listener or speaker?

What would it take to become better at both?
We’ll be participating in a fun exercise that will gauge the efficacy of your communication as well as discussing what are some of the salient aspects of good dialogue.

The World AIDS Museum is looking for at least three volunteers to help with the event this Friday to celebrate the opening of our new ART GALLERY. See invitation with details below.

The volunteers are needed to help Ed Sparan, Museum Director, with serving wine and softdrinks and to help with the dessert chocolate treats being served.  Also, volunteers will be needed to help pass out new brochures to guests as they leave the event.’
