The topic this Wednesday January 18, 2023 is “I Have A Dream” in honor of Martin Luther King Jr Day which is Monday January 16, 2023.
“I Have a Dream” is a 17-minute public speech by Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered on August 28, 1963 from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to over 200,000 civil rights supporters during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom , in which he called for racial equality and an end to discrimination.
So how does this dream resonate with you? Does it have significant meaning in our struggle to achieve equal rights as LGBT+ people and HIV positive people?
Or what is your dream? Whether that’s to find a cure for AIDS or win the lottery or maybe it’s just a wet dream.
