In the 1970s a Harvard Medical School researcher, Robert Benson MD documented the following benefits of meditation; lower blood pressure, improve circulation, less perspiration, less anxiety, less stress, deeper relaxation, and improved immune response. At this Wednesday’s meeting we will discuss the basics of meditation and it’s benefits. Personal experience with meditation is welcome. Come join the discussion.
